Throughout the ground, millions of Bengalis have been chanting the slogan ‘Your country is my country, Bangladesh Bangladesh’, ‘Your leader my leader Sheikh Mujib, Sheikh Mujib’. As he got up on the stage, he shook hands with the crowd. Speaking at the drawer gala, Bangabandhu said, “My brothers, I have come to you today with a sad heart.”

In that speech he highlighted the entire canvas of history. He said, ‘Build fortresses in every house. Whatever you have, you have to deal with the enemy. It was then that the liberated people of the country started preparing for the final battle from house to house. In this connection, the Bengali nation snatched the victory 1971 on 16 December. This timeless speech will always inspire the exploited, deprived and liberated people of the world. ”

In the ongoing year-long program on the occasion of Mujib Centenary on March 17, this year, March 7 will be celebrated in different ways, in celebration of the festival. Different departments of the government will organize the day in different ways. Various programs will be observed in different educational institutions.

The Awami League government has adopted various programs across the country. The national and party flags will be hoisted at the Bangabandhu Bhawan and the party office at 3.30 pm on Saturday. A tribute will be paid to the portrait of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at the Bangabandhu Bhavan premises at 7am. In addition, a discussion meeting will be held at Bangabandhu International Conference Center at 5 pm. Awami League President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will preside over it. All the Branch Committees of the Awami League will commemorate the historic March 7 by adopting a program consistent with the central program.

The Joy Bangla Concert will begin at 1 pm today at Army Stadium, continuing till 11pm. The program will begin for the sixth time under the auspices of the National Institute of Research and Information (CRI), Young Bangle.
